At Karisa Designs, we want you to love the jewellery you choose. Every piece is handcrafted and carefully quality checked before it is dispatched.

As our jewellery is handcrafted and features natural and semi-precious stones, slight variations in colour, shape, size or finish may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects.

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer an exchange / credit note on eligible domestic orders.

If you would like to exchange your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by email at karisa.designs@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91 74000 73546.

Please share your name, order number, contact details and clear images of the product along with your exchange request.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The jewellery must be unworn, unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging and all accompanying items.
• Once your exchange request is approved, the product should be dispatched back to us within the communicated timeline and valid tracking details shared with us.
• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
• All returned products will undergo a quality check upon receipt.

Once the product has passed our quality check, a credit note valid for 1 year will be issued, which can be used towards another purchase from Karisa Designs.

We do not offer monetary refunds.

CUSTOMISED & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Customised and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Returns, exchanges and cancellations are not applicable to orders delivered outside India.

Any applicable customs duties or charges are to be borne by the customer.
